Terms of Service

These Terms govern the overall agreement between you and the operating entity of NINI Global Food Education regarding this website, online programs, offline camps, community activities, published content, and consultation services.

Certain products or camps may have supplementary terms (such as enrollment notices, refund rules, or health disclosure forms). Where supplementary terms conflict with these Terms, the supplementary terms will prevail.

Please provide truthful, accurate and complete information at enrollment and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your enrollment credentials and community account secure. You are responsible for activities conducted under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment if we discover false information, violation of laws, or breach of these Terms.

Our current services include, but are not limited to: themed programs such as ME 100-Day Transformation, NINI Culinary Immersion, and NINI Women's Anti-Aging Camp; online and offline community activities; corporate training and public lectures; and one-on-one consultation and companionship services.

The specific content, duration, format and price of each service follow the corresponding product page, enrollment page, or contract. We reserve the right to adjust program arrangements based on operational needs and will notify you through reasonable means.

Program fees are as shown on the applicable page at the time of order. If you need an invoice, please provide the required information after enrollment or payment.

Refund and transfer rules follow the specific program page or enrollment notice. Generally, before a cohort starts, refunds are available per the published rules; after a cohort starts, fees corresponding to services already provided will be deducted and full refunds are no longer available.

If services are cancelled due to force majeure or our own decision, we will refund the remaining fees on a pro-rata basis.

You agree not to use the services to engage in any activity that violates laws, regulations, public order, good morals, or the legitimate rights of others, including but not limited to: posting illegal, pornographic, violent, discriminatory, harassing, false or misleading content; infringing others' intellectual property, privacy or reputation; or disrupting program order or others' learning experience.

Please respect the privacy of instructors, assistants and other participants. You may not record or forward program audio/video or internal community exchanges without prior authorization.

All text, images, videos, course materials, teaching design, brand identity and trademarks related to this website and our programs are owned by NINI Global Food Education or its rights holders.

Without written authorization, you may not copy, adapt, translate, lease, sell, sublicense, use commercially, or create mirror sites. Work submitted by participants and shared in the community may, by default, be used by us for non-commercial promotion and teaching purposes, with appropriate anonymization.

All programs, content and suggestions we provide are food-education and lifestyle education intended to help you build healthier eating and living habits. They do not constitute medical diagnosis, prescription, or a substitute for professional medical advice.

If you have a chronic condition, are taking medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any other special health situation, please inform us before enrollment and consult a qualified physician before deciding to participate.

We may suspend, adjust or terminate part of the services due to business needs, changes in laws and regulations, or technical reasons, and will provide reasonable prior notice.

If you materially breach these Terms or applicable law, we may immediately suspend or terminate our services to you without refund of fees already incurred.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the services.

For direct losses incurred by any single user, our total liability is limited to the fees actually paid by that user for the relevant program.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan).

Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before the competent people's court in the place where the operating entity is located.
